Greetings…

This is my blog.  My first blog, in fact.  Well, actually I did have a LiveJournal back in high school, but that doesn’t really count.  Anyway, this is my blog where I talk about what I want to talk about.  Yeah!  How empowering…

 So I woke up this morning, went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth.  Then I made the obvious second step after waking up…I checked my Facebook.  Let’s just stop here for a second.  What’s the deal with Facebook?  I don’t understand why every time I sign in I have 6 notifications about “Hotness Invites” or “Julie’s 3rd Annual 21st Birthday Bash!”  Honestly, the only reason I have one of those damn things is so that I can keep up with some old friends.  Whatever happened to phone calls?  Or to even get a little more recent, whatever happened to AIM?  That was always ideal…it’s minimal commitment, you can talk to 15 people at once if you want, or you could just throw up an away message and ignore everyone for days.  Man, those were some good times.

 Well, I have to check out the “hilarious” bumper sticker Kim sent me.
